HB BOX OVENS – FLOOR MODELS
THE HSI HB Series of floor model box ovens are ideal for manufacturing settings such as work cells, labs, tool rooms, sample departments, and R & D departments. All HB Box Furnaces are rates for operating temperatures up to 500°C (930°F).
GENERAL FEATURES
- Max. Temperature: 500oC (930oF).
- P.I.D. + SSR provide high efficiency on/off heater control & accurate temperature.
- 304 Stainless steel interior.
- Digital error diagnosis & display device insures easy troubleshooting (DEM).
- Digital working timer insures accurate & efficient operation.
- Flashing alarm and buzzer system for signaling when process is complete.
- Uniform temperature distribution according to AMS2750E, factory tested before shipment (9 points in empty furnace).
- Electrical configuration to EN 60204.
SAFETY FEATURES
- Recirculation motor monitor insures safe and reliable operation (MM).
- Recirculation motor with phase sequence & phase failure (loss) protection.
- Recirculation motor overheating and overload protection.
- Over temperature protection conforms to EN 1539 and NFPA 86 (OTP).
- Flashing alarm and buzzer system for signaling when an error arises.
- Door switch, turns off recirculation fan and heat when door is opened.
