The OMAS CEB 200 Series of 3D wire forming machines, although similar in operation to the CEB100 series, are designed specifically for high speed, accurate production of small parts. These machines are feed and form style, single head, 3D wire formers. Particular attention to accurate synchronization of all axes during high speed production, insures accuracy for these components.These wire forming machines are available in a variety of configurations, with multiple axes available, depending on customer requirements. Exclusive “WIREMACH PLUS” software developed by OMAS, allows the operator to easily and quickly setup each part in minimal time. In many instances, the CEB machines are equipped with secondary work stations, allowing automation of wire forms.
